令和7年6月、我が国および台湾周辺における中露両軍の活動は一段と活発化している。中国軍は、5月下旬から１か月間空母２隻を含む打撃艦隊を我国南方海域に展開威圧行動を行った。ロシア軍については、中谷防衛相が記者会見で、我国周辺で活発な軍事活動を継続し最新の装備を配備しつつある、と述べ警戒を呼びかけた。これに対し我国および同盟諸国は、警戒を緩めることなく抑止力強化に努めている。
China’s PLA and Russian Forces military drill around Japan and Taiwan are stepping up high in June 2025. Two Chinese Naval carrier strike groups extended sailing to western Pacific south of Japan in June, threatening Japan and allies. Defense Minister G. Nakatani pointed, Russian’s military maneuver are also stretch on Far East with modern armaments with vessels and aircraft,. Japan and allies are putting defensive move against both nations. 　本稿は木村良一氏の寄稿です。1985（昭和60）年8月12日、日本航空のジャンボ機が御巣鷹の尾根に墜落して520人が亡くなった。あの墜落事故から40年という歳月が過ぎようとするなか、いまだに解決されない課題がある。運輸省航空事故調査委員会（事故調）の過ち、陰謀論・撃墜説の流布、修理ミスの理由を明らかにしないボーイング社の体質―の3つである。前回は「なぜ事故調は過ちを犯したのか」というタイトルで事故調の過ちを述べたので、今回は陰謀論・撃墜説について話そう。

JAL、マエブ社オープン・ローター付きリージョナル機開発に協力

日本航空とオランダに本社のあるマエブ・エアロスペース(MAEVE Aerospace)社は、ハイブリッド電動オープン・ローター/ステーター・エンジンを２基尾部に装備する[MAEVE Jet] 、[MJ500]の開発で協力することを合意した。[MJ500]は76~100席級のリージョナル機で既存機に比べ燃料消費量を40 %削減する。
(JAL is to collaborate with Dutch based Maeve Aerospace on proposed Maeve Jet, MJ500 rear mounted engine aircraft. The propulsion system is hybrid-electric open rotor/stator engine, the airliner accommodate 76 to 100 passengers with 40 % reduction of fuel consumption.)

スタートアップ “JetZero” 社が開発中の翼胴一体型輸送機

ユナイテッド航空(United Airlines)は、スタートアップ企業 [JetZero] 社が開発中の翼胴一体型 [BWB=Blended Wing Body] 輸送機について、今年4月24日に開発費の出資と、条件付き発注100機とオプション100機の発注を発表した。

令和7年5月の我が国周辺における中露両軍の活動は、中国軍の沖縄列島および台湾周辺での活動が一段と活発化しているが、ロシア軍の動きは低調になっている。これに対し我国および同盟諸国は、警戒を緩めることなく抑止力強化に努めている。
(China’s PLA military drill around Japan’s territorial spaces and Taiwan, are increasing to high, however, Russian’s activities are down to slow. Japan and allies are putting up same level of defensive actions. Following are the details of major issues.)

御巣鷹40年　なぜ事故調は過ちを犯したのか

本稿は木村良一氏の寄稿です。事故後、大学教授などを含む権威者で構成する事故調査委員会を発足、調査にあたった。しかし肝心なところで過ちを犯した。日航社内で事故を調べていた取締役（技術・整備担当）の松尾芳郎氏の説明を無視して調査報告書をまとめ上げた。その結果、調査報告書は歪んでしまった。この問題は拙著『日航・松尾ファイル』の第5章の「21 亀裂の発見確率」と「22 事故調の権威」に詳述してある。

海自新型フリゲート、南シナ海で英伊両国艦と共同訓練

海上自衛隊は2025年5月7日、中国が海洋進出を拡大・強化する南シナ海で、最新型フリゲート「やはぎ/FFM 5」が、イギリス海軍の哨戒艦「スペイ/HMS Spey」、イタリア海軍フリゲート「アントニオ・マルチェリア/IN ITS Antonio Marceglia」と共同訓練を行った。訓練は「自由で開かれたインド太平洋」の維持・実現のために行われた。
(The Indo-Pacific Deployment 2025 (IPD25)’s frigate Yahage/FFM 5 conducted a multinational naval exercise with the Italian Navy IN ITS Antonio Marceglia and the Royal Navy HMS Spey. The three nations Naval exercise aimed to strengthen cooperation to maintain “Free and Open Indo-Pacific”.)

令和7年4月の我が国周辺における中露両軍の活動は、前年末までの状況に戻る。特に台湾周辺での中国軍の行動が前月に続き目立つ。これに対し我国および同盟諸国は、警戒を緩めることなく抑止力強化に努めている。

米空軍、次世代制空戦闘機 F-47をボーイングに発注

米空軍は3月21日「次世代制空戦闘機 (NGAD)」に関わる設計、製造、納入についてボーイングを選定した、と発表した。[NGAD=Next Generation Air Dominance)]は、飛行性能、生残性、攻撃能力、戦闘適応能力について世界に卓越した米空軍の次世代戦闘機となる。
（The U.S. Air Force has awarded Boeing a contract to design, build, and deliver its next generation fighter. This initiative, known as the Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) platform, which aims to advance the capabilities of USAF fighter in terms of range performance, lethality, and adaptability. ）

彗星の巣“オールトの雲”は銀河と同じ渦巻き状と判明

太陽系には、海王星の外に冥王星を含む小惑星の集り「カイパー・ベルト (Kuiper Belt)」があることは知られている。その外側、太陽系の引力の限界域には、無数の氷塊の集団「オールトの雲(Oort Cloud)」がある。スーパー・コンピューターを使った研究で「オールトの雲の内側領域は銀河と同じような渦巻き状であることが判った。
(Beyond Neptune, a crowd of small planets like Uranus in the Kuiper Belt, are well known in public. Farther out, 1,000 AU through 100,000 AU, exist the Oort Cloud, outermost boundary of the Solar System. The region is believed to hold countless icy objects. According to a recent study, the icy objects sits on surprising spiral pattern, similar to the Milky Way, in the inner Oort Cloud.)
