令和３年9月、我国周辺における中露両軍の活動と、我国および同盟諸国の動きに関し、それぞれの公的部門から多くの発表があった。以下にその項目と内容を紹介する。注目すべきニュースは次の通り；―① ロシア海軍、潜水艦から3M22ジルコン(Zircon)極超音速巡航ミサイル発射に成功と発表。②北朝鮮、９月28日に極超音速ミサイル「火星８/Hwasong 8」を発射。10月19日には潜水艦発射型弾道ミサイルを発射。③中国空軍機、10月１日から４日にかけて合計150機で台湾防空識別圏に侵入。④10月18日-23日の間、中国・ロシア両海軍の10隻の艦隊が我国本州を一周。
以下に順を追って解説する。((The military threats by Russo-Chinese Forces surrounding Japan and Taiwan were reported as heavily active. Following four were noteworthy;-1. Russian Navy fired a 3M22 Zircon hypersonic cruise missile from a submerged nuclear submarine on Oct.4, the missile suspected scramjet powered. 2. North Korea have launched a hypersonic cruise missile on September 28, and a shout range submarine launch ballistic missile from a submerged submarine on October 19, both are capable to reach South Korea and a part of Japan. 3. Chinese military aircraft incursions near Taiwan, 150 aircraft having entered Taiwan’s ADIZ since the beginning of October. 4. Chinese & Russian fleets of ten ships sailing around Japan.)
