プラット＆ホイットニー(P&W) 100年の歴史（上）
1920年代の初め、ライト兄弟、ビル・ボーイング、クライド・セスナと並んでフレッド・レンツラーも航空業界の未来を決める先駆者の一人だった。
1925年7月22日、航空機用エンジンの生産を目的とする「プラット＆ホイットニー・エアクラフト(Pratt & Whitney Aircraft)」社が設立された。社長は「フレッド・レンツラー(Fred B Rentschler)」氏、副社長は「ジョージ・ミード(George J. Mead)氏、」資本金は200万ドル、本社工場は「コネチカット州ハートフォード (Hartford, Connecticut)」に開設した。
（Along with the Wright brothers, Bill Boeing, and Clyde Cessna, Rentschler was a pioneer in an Aviation industry in early 1920s. On July 22, 2025, the Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, intends to manufacture of aircraft engines, was formed by Frederick B Rentschler, President and George J. Mead, Vice President, with $2,000,000 of capital fund. The Factory and Office were opened Hartford, Connecticut. ）

日米英空母を含む6カ国14隻の艦隊が西太平洋上で共同訓練
8月5日、海上幕僚監部は西太平洋上で、[自由で開かれたインド太平洋]の実現に向け各国との連携を強化するため、6カ国軍と共同訓練をすると発表した。期間は8月4日〜12日。参加艦艇には、英空母「プリンス・オブ・ウエルズ(R09)」、米空母「ジョージ・ワシントン(CVN-73)」、米強襲揚陸艦「アメリカ(LHA-6)」、海自護衛艦「かが(DDH-183)、の4隻の空母型艦が参加した。
(Aug. 5th 2025, Japan’s Maritime Staff Office announced, Japan’s Naval Force will held multinational exercise with U.K., Australian, Norwegian, Spanish, and U.S. Navies, on Aug. 4~12. aiming to maintain “Free and Open Indo-Pacific ”. The drill participated by four large Carrier vessels, including “Price of Wales (R09)” of U.K., “George Washington(CVN-73)” and “America (LHA-6)” of U.S., and “Kaga (DDH-183)” of Japan.)

４年前の８月６日「Newsweek」電子版（日本語）に、
「通州事件、尖閣諸島戦時遭難事件、、、昭和史に埋もれていた“事件”に光を当てる」

GA-ASIとAndurilが開発中の無人戦闘機/CCAの現況
2025年7月18~20日、イギリス空軍フェアフォード(Fairford, Gloucestershire)基地で「The Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) 2025」（王立国際航空ショー）が開催された。ここでジェネラル・アトミックス社(GA-ASI=General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc.)は、米空軍向けに開発を進めている「共同戦闘無人機 (CCA= Collaborative Combat Aircraft)「YQF-42A」をヨーロッパでも生産する、と発表した。(General Atomics Aeronautical System Inc. (GA-ASI) announced that, they plan to develop European-build uncrewed loyal wingman based on the YFQ-42A, which is developing for USAF’s Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA). The announcement released at the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) July 18. 2025.)
SUBARU、防衛装備庁へ無人支援機技術研究用の実験機を納入
2025年7月9日SUBAEUは、防衛装備庁に遠隔操作型支援機技術の研究に使うための実験機を納入した。この研究を通して、[CCA=Collaborative Combat Aircraft](“共同戦闘無人機”の意)、すなわち、有人戦闘機と連携して飛行するのに必要な自律飛行技術や有人機からの指示で飛ぶ遠隔操作技術などの開発を進め、2027年の実用化を目指す。
