令和３年9月、我国周辺における中露両軍の活動と、我国および同盟諸国の動きに関し、それぞれの公的部門から多くの発表があった。以下にその項目と内容を紹介する。注目すべきニュースは次の通り；―①中国海軍４隻の艦隊が米国アラスカ州沖合のEEZに侵入、帰路鹿児島県大隅海峡を通過東シナ海へ。②ロシア海軍艦艇が頻繁に宗谷海峡を往来。③陸自は南西諸島での不測の事態に対処するため、30年振りとなる北海道から沖縄までを含む大規模演習を開始。④海自は、数回にわたり日米英蘭加共同訓練（Pacific Crown 21）を実施。(The military threats by Russo-Chinese Forces surroundings Japan and Taiwan were reported as active.
